Your Acceptance of Terms: By placing an order with American Republic Metals in any manner, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in the “Agreement” and confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to them. Product Warranty: American Republic Metals guarantees the genuineness of any articles in accordance with the terms of the “Agreement”. Your Information: Prior to making any purchase with American Republic Metals, it is your duty to review and confirm that your personal information is accurate. (7 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST) Other: Before being approved for inclusion on www.americanrepublicmetals.com, each link is reviewed. The website connections, however, could or might not share American Republic Metals’ views. If you find a link that is no longer acceptable, please contact us at (888) 906 5676 to let us know.

Pricing and Payment

American Republic Metals makes every attempt to give up-to-date and correct information about its goods and pricing, but it can not make any guarantees as to its accuracy or currency. American Republic Metals’ product information is subject to change without prior notice. Prior to American Republic Metals accepting your purchase, prices are subject to change at any moment, due to market fluctuations. You will be notified of any pricing or product description errors that we find that have an impact on any current orders you have with American Republic Metals. At that point, you can decide whether to accept the corrected price or description or to cancel the order. You will get a full refund if you decide to cancel the purchase, according to American Republic Metals. Inquire with us if you need more payment options. These techniques include personal checks, cashier’s checks, and wire transfers. We strongly advise getting in touch with us directly so you may get an immediate price and proceed with your purchase more quickly.

Shipment of Precious Metals

Every shipment is completely insured. American Republic Metals will replace any products that are lost or damaged in transportation by choosing between replacing them or refunding the purchase price. Until the cargo is delivered to the address you gave on the purchase form, American Republic Metals assumes the risk of loss subject to the following: To file a claim for loss, you must comply with the following requirements: (a) any variation in the order must be reported to American Republic Metals Customer Service within five (5) days of receiving the shipment; (b) you must keep all original packing materials intact; and (c) you must work cooperatively with American Republic Metals, including by offering supporting declarations for any loss.

Every purchase is typically dispatched 6–10 business days after personal or cashier’s checks are received, or within 72 hours of the confirmation of good funds. We strongly advise a bank wire transfer so that you may get your metals as quickly as possible.

You acknowledge that any metals, coins, bars, and other numismatic/collectible goods purchased, as well as all fees for ordering, storage, delivery, and other services (please see our shipping fees below), are your responsibility. Additionally, you are responsible for paying all current or future taxes, levies, or other fees levied by the government in relation to your transaction.

Ownership and Limitations on Use of Website and Materials

American Republic Metals is the only owner of the American Republic Metals Precious Metals Shipping and Account Agreement documents (collectively, the “Account Documents”), the website (https://americanrepublicmetals.com/), and all related sister websites (collectively, such websites, the “Website”).  The text, graphics, photos, logos, themes, button icons, and audio and visual elements that are included or put forth in the Account Documents and/or website are all considered to be part of their contents.

As a result, unless otherwise expressly permitted by us, you are only permitted to access, view, and print one copy of any page(s) of the Account Documents or the website for your own personal, noncommercial use. You are not permitted to duplicate, download, copy, publish, modify, or otherwise distribute or exploit any of the Account Documents or any material on the website for any purpose other than for your own personal, noncommercial use.  Furthermore, you are not allowed to “frame” or “mirror” the content (for example, using any html code).
